Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

RenVocate CIC wants everyone to be able to access our information and contact us, including disabled people and people with lower digital confidence. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our guide.

What you should be able to do

• navigate the website using a keyboard;
• zoom text to at least 200% without losing essential content;
• use screen-reader and browser accessibility tools;
• understand links, headings, labels and form instructions;
• read text with sufficient colour contrast; and
• use the website on mobile phones, tablets and desktop devices.

Known limitations

We continue to review and improve the website. Some documents or services on external websites may not meet the same accessibility standard and are outside RenVocate’s control.
